MINE SITE CARE TAKERS

 

Highgrade is recruiting for 2 x Mine Site Based Care Takers for our clients remote mining operation in the Goldfields that is in care & maintenance

 

Ongoing positions for anyone that wants long term otherwise we are open to shorter contracts if that suits travellers/semi retired etc.

You would be living on site with everything provided including accommodation, vehicle & food.

 

Some duties would include:

• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

• Carry out cleaning tasks

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

• Make adjustments and minor repairs

• Stock and maintain supply rooms with regular runs into near by town

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Site security checks required.

• Daily site checks including water readings/dam inspections/plant inspections and environmental checks and reporting.

• Fuelling up genset onsite.

• Small maintenance jobs if required from time to time.
