HIGHGRADE PERSONNEL is a privately owned Recruitment Company that services the Mining, Transport Infrastructure, Civil and Commercial Construction, Engineering, Transport, Rail and Administration industries.

Our management team has a combined 80 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including Surface & Underground Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Drill & Blast, Labour Hire Operations and Management, as well as owning several successful businesses which currently service open pit & underground mining operations around Australia.
