Highgrade are recruiting for an experienced underground shift boss for our client’s nickel mining operation outside of Kalgoorlie.

You will not be supervising a diesel crew; you’ll be in charge of managing a small crew of diamond drillers and service crew personnel.

Residential roles, NO FIFO

14/14 roster, 12 hour working day, paid 13-hour days with transport provided to and from site. ALL Nightshift

3 Month contract at this stage

Candidates must be able to meet the below minimum criteria:

Pass a pre employment medical & D&A screen
Must provide a shift boss ticket
Provide us with a recent NPC
Hold a valid wa c class manual drivers licence
Provide us with contactable referees
