Working with architects, urban designers, landscape architects & building engineers, for a mixture of public & private clients, your major focus will be on engaging with a new client list.
This may include developers or any of the many government bodies creating regeneration precincts in a brownfield environment.

Your design team's responsibilities cover from ideation to the planning stage, encompassing technical advice, master planning, & design of civils & utilities etc, with then the potential handover to your building design colleagues.
A large portion of your time will be non-billing, providing ample time to maintain focus on new project winning, with others ensuring a correct focus on current project delivery.
As it is a large international consultancy, with an established multi-disciplinary NSW footprint, possessing an amazing collaborative culture, work opportunities will come from both your external and internal activities. It's up to you to ensure that eyes are not dropped from the prize.
Current projects stretch from $100,000 to $10M design consultancy fees, with a sweetspot around the $0.5M - $2.0M mark.
This role is set to Principal level, with some leeway for higher classification, and salary, for those with greater strengths than Principal.
