Mine Site Administrator

Kalgoorlie - Residential

Highgrade are recruiting for an experienced mine site administrator for our clients gold mining operation in Kalgoorlie Boulder.

Kalgoorlie residential preferred however for highly experienced candidates FIFO from Perth will be considered.

7/7 roster, 12 hour shifts

Duties would include:

• Provide site administration support to Staff.

• Collate and enter daily plod data into PLODtrack.

• Book flights and accommodation as required.

• Maintain and update crew rosters, including leave, DILs & staff movements.

• Assist Project Manager with bi-monthly Piece Work pays.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including HR, OHS, Accounts Payable etc. to ensure that Company goals are met or exceeded.

• Perform other such duties as reasonably directed by the Project Manager

Desired Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 12 months mine site Administration experience.

• Excellent Microsoft Office experience – especially in Excel.

• Experience in booking flights and accommodation.

• Experience compiling and entering timesheets.

• Experience utilising Pronto.

• Experience utilising PLODtrack or similar mining database software highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Highly organised and able to prioritise.

• Have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen.
